Double IPA hopped with strata, cashmere, & citra.

Our newest release isn’t easy to pin down. Strata + cashmere + citra hops tie to subtle strands of expressive English yeast for a DIPA that’s smooth and just a bit of a sweet talker. Silky fresh-sliced mango mouthfeel and undaunted notes of lemon squares, clementine rind, and refreshing citrus sorbet leave a lasting impression.

Tasting notes: strata, cashmere, citra

Draught sample at MBCC 2021. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with citrus, exotic fruits and herbal hoppy notes. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body. Drying fruity finish. Very nice.

You're almost r Citrus mini grapefruit with hints of resin and pot. Plus some dusty dry grass. Flavors are slightly on the sweet side but basically well-balanced bittersweet with just right carbonation and body. Easy drinking beer with a slightly bitter finish. Good stuff.

Pint can from Woodman's Appleton, 10/19/20. Hazy orange, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of onion, dank, pithy citrus. Taste is dank, lime, lemon, pale malt. Some oniony notes. Medium bodied, low bitterness, crisp.

16oz tap at Drunk Uncle. “Hazy” enough orange tan body. Thick, steady, white head. Bitter and sort of big on the palate. Not that juicy. Probably better without the wheat or oat. Comes off like dextrose to me. Not a big fan of this one.

Tall can. Cloudy yellow with a minimal white head. Pineapple, mango, vanilla and a hint of rosemary in the aroma. The flavor is fruity, with a tangy bitterness. Medium body, not too sweet.

Rough going in this can; candy sweetness couple with bright lemon zest, mango, grapefruit, berry, and a white grape undertone. Way too boozy for 7.6 percent, with an astrigent back end and a lingering sugary fade. Not good.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a hazy, juicy gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Lovely aromas of lime, coconut, grapefruit at first with lychee, pineapple and passion fruit as it warms. Smooth and juicy on the palate with loads more cashmere coconut notes on the palate. A bit of dank, pine and lime zest. Lingering pith, pine, coconut and mineral notes on the finish. Great stuff.
