Can, with code 25238 on the bottom. Is this August 23rd, 2025? Not sure, though possibly. Drunk 2/12/26.
Smells fantastic! Neither too much acid, nor strange mixed fermentation character and the big Sacch character there, as a result, is exactly the real stuff; no clove-bubblegum-banana garbage. Honey, black pepper, yellow and green fruits, with rustic grains, a hint of mild oak and a touch of Brett. Very polished and aromatic.
Similar in the mouth, with tight, natural carbonation and no excessive acidity or oak. Big Sacch notes of cellar must, lots of rustic grain, pepper and a slight lemon and unripe nectarine character. Excellent malt depth and attenuation. Crisp, flavorful, balanced and refreshing and all at 3.8% abv, which is very impressive.

During MBCC 2023 Saturday morning session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, and superhelpful and funny Rachel, hehe. Appearance: blonde. Aroma: a bit grainy and fruity. Taste: same, with some funk. Overall: ok.

Can ordered from Ghost Whale, Putney. Aroma combines a vinous streak with sherbert and restrained honey. Hazy orange. Thin foamy translucent white head. Medium sour with a tart vinous bite. Dry sherbert. Subtle honey traces. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Lazy fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Certainly is easygoing. Hits the mark.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingmane for this one. A light hazed pale golde yellow coloured pour with a small white fizz. Aroma is nice cider notes, herbal, grass, chamomile. Flavour is composed of cirsp light grains, tangy apple, bark, woody fruit pips, granny smith, little mouldy funk, . Palate is light tang, little thin, sprizty carbonation. Good.

Panda at home, thanks to Dave, 09/04/22. Clear light golden blonde with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is lemon tinged straw, herb, grains, balsa wood, faint metallic nip. Taste comprises lemon rind, herb, light white peppery spice, toasted grains, light farmyard dusting, damp oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest pucker. Decent simple sour with a clean refreshing edge.
