A very difficult pour, massively over carbonated. The aroma is spicy and yeasty. Very dry and quite spicy too with a funky yeasty flavour.

Bottle courtesy of kermis. Poured a murky medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast floral. The flavour is mineral acid citrus with a grainy yeast palate and lingering bitter finish and a bubbly mouthfeel.

On tap at Arends Nest Amsterdam. Cloudy amber colour lasting cream head. Saison yeast aroma. Spicy Saison. The yeast rye and hops work well together I think . Sweetish. Some unfermentables in here. Clean and dry. It’s OK. Some cereal.
