Okay, here is my version of a Pale Ale that has a few hops in it like Columbus, Cascade, Summit & Centennial. Probably the best pale that has ever been made in the history of mankind.

Taster pour on tap at Tapped, Maplewood. Appearance is cloudy, dark yellow-light brown with thin white foamy head, no discernible sparkle. Aroma is berries and faint citrus. Taste is fruity/berry, slight citrus or grapefruit. It's reminiscent of Fruit Loops. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent. Light and refreshing but not complex. 3.7

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium spotty white head. The aroma is strong wheat, citrus, floral. Medium body, wheat, grapefruit pith, light dry bitterness, very good.

Can from Craft Beer Cellar Clayton. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Dried pineapple, gooseberry and lychee aromas. Some mango as it warms up. More tropical fruit, light doughy notes at first that dissipate as it warms up. Good spritzy carbonation on the palate with a medium bitterness on the finish. Finishes drier than a lot of recent takes on the style thankfully. --- Beer merged from original tick of Albino Pygmy Puma on 30 Mar 2019 at 00:28 - Score: 7

Nice hazy burnt orange, 2 finger white fluffy head. smells boozy with caramelized malt wort sugar, some ethanol, rye spice and herbs. a pale ale? really? burnt orange, burnt bark, a little juiciness at the back end. like a over-ryes, carapils malt bomb.

750 ml bottle thanks going to GrandaddyKC. Thanks Brad. Aroma is is bright and clean. Citrus of grapefruits, orange and some bready malts, mild floral hints.

The flavor profile is just like the aroma. The bitterness comes from a strong grapefruit rind and some flower pedals. Bitterness is medium with the body also displaying a medium feel. Tasty
