Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on a cold Sunday afternoon while watching playoff football. Appearance is pitch black with bubbly off white head, aroma of chocolate and light chipotle peppers. Taste is fantastic, light pepper and smoke with some chocolate, not too boozy, goes down very nicely. Almost sessionable.

Lett fyldig og krydra lukt med preg av m�rk malt, humle, chili, lakris, kaffi, sjokolade, m�rkt sukker. Frisk lett t�rr smak med preg av m�rk malt, humle, chili, kaffi, h�y, sterk r�lakris, gras, litt tre. Middels bitterhet som set litt. God.

Aroma has quite nothing with some licorice – feels like a toilet of a VR train. Flavour has spicy tones, chili, licorice and ash. Also rubbery tones after some sips. Nice chili burn here but quite nothing else interesting.

Sample from the bottle at Kangasalan Kasarmi. Color is clear dark brown with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Chipotle, cacao, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Simple surprisingly.

Color negro corona de espuma escasa, aromas a torrefactos, sabor tostado ligeramente picante y ahumados cuerpo ligero.

Bottle at home. Pours deep brown, nose is smoky, biscuity, roasted, capsicum, taste is sweet toffee, chewy, caramel, liquorice, lingering chipotle heat.

Pours a dark, cola-brown/black, with minimal head. Aroma of woodsmoke, roasted grain, peppers. Flavor is a bit sweet, with smoke, roasted grain, burn toast, just a slight touch of pepper (could maybe use a bit more), some chocolate, dark fruit. It's good stuff, but could maybe us a bit more character to help it stand out.

Beerand Smoke, Brooklyn bottle: pours dark brown to black with a light brown head. Aroma is smoke, chipotle peppers, dark chocolate, dark roast coffee. Taste is somewhat spicy. Fairly chocolatey. Has some heat in the aftertaste, but nothing here is really excessive. Pretty good.
