Photon is our light and crushable American Pale Ale loaded with pacific northwest hops. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits, hop resins, and a hint of biscuit. A smooth rounded bitterness with a touch of dryness ensures you’re ready for the next sip. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel that has made this the go to ale for the Equilibrium crew, especially when a productive day needs to follow a fun night.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt yellow to orange haziness with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to mixed citrusy to light grapefruity hop tones with a light biscuity clean malt base
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes semi-mixed citrusy and a touch of grapefruit/somewhat orangey
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness with a little bit of hop bitterness assertiveness but really - it's not that noticeable
Overall: good NEPA I could come back to.

Can from Total Wine In Vacaville, CA. Pours slightly hazy gold with a large foamy white head that persisted. Aroma of fruit and some resin. Not pine. Med body. It's a bit juicy, but not sweet. Just not quite dry. At least moderately bitter. Resin, citrus, other tropical notes. Nice flavor.

Super foamy, pale cloudy yellow. Plenty of hop aromatics, lemony citrus and some other tropical fruit. Semi dry to balanced, low bitterness, drinkable enough.

Green onion mostly. Attic dust, tangerine peel. Some suntan lotion and a little peach skin. So ya, have fun with all that. Murky yellow pour with ok head. Cloying hop tang finish. Can.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of citrus, passion fruit, mango and flowers. Pours hazy dark golden color with medium sized creamy white head, great lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts juicy stone and tropical fruity, following is biscuity and floral, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Hoppy physics…
