Inspired by Hot Toddy, this is an orange blossom mead with lemon zest and cinnamon and aged in a bourbon barrel. Lots of lemon, honey and barrel on the nose. Taste follows with cinnamon accentuating lemon.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Thanks Aaron! Pours a clear lemon gold with a small bit of head that dissipates quickly. Cinnamon and honey aromas with lots of lemon zest and bourbon aromas. Very light and smooth on the palate. Warming bourbon and lemon zest on the finish with a touch of cinnamon.
