Though we’re nestled on a 19th century American hop farm, our roots stretch back across time and water, all the way to Belgium. Brut IPA brilliantly expresses the best of both proud brewing cultures. Dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Citra and Calypso, and patiently bottle conditioned in our cellars, this sparkling sensation is beautifully balanced and intriguingly effervescent. With a bright burst of hops and only 140 calories, it’s a perfect match for life’s lighter moments.

Beer dabbler 2019. This has pleasant, prickly carbonation. it is dry and that is really all it brings. understated hop flavor.

Bottle, from Gebhard's Beer Culture. Pours very pale lightly cloudy yellow with large foamy white head, quite fizzy carbonation, grape like aroma, medium bitter champagne like taste, thin body, long fizzy finish. It feels like drinking sparkling white wine.

Pours hazy yellow straw into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Lemon and coriander aromas. Crisp with tart lemon upfront turning to dusty meringue before the lasting bitter finish.

12oz bottle. Lightly hazed after pouring the last bit of the bottle in. Foamy, large, white head. Rather dry and to style. Sort of tastes like a lemon-lime sorachi ace IPA....not really what I'd want. Bright Belgian-like effervescence....which sort of works against it as it is already light and dry. Good enough, a little better than average for the style perhaps.

Slightly cloudy pale golden color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Aroma of citrus, yeast, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, peppery yeast and malt. The finish is fruity and dry with a hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.
