Basic craft lager, no more, no less. Mild toasted grain notes backed by mild pale malt sweetness, lemon, white bread, and a barely-there floral hop finish. Drinkable, but not memorable.

Can, almost hazy lemon yellow. First taste indicates good carbonation all round. Smell is almost off but isnt, turns neutral after each swig. Pretty good over all impressions in the middle, starts to get a little classy, like a mild saison. Finishes as good as any pale lager. Not bad. Could do another.

12 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 9/6/2018. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy pale golden straw color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Good appearance. Aromas of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Some fruity/yeasty aromas, but not too overwhelming. Nice and pleasant aromas with pale malt and mild earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Very mild herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness of pale malt and mild earthy hop flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Nicely clean on lager flavors, not too fruity/yeasty. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is a very good pale lager. All around nice robustness of pale malt and mild earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the minimally bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Nicely clean and rich pale malt showcase, with mild Saphir hop presence/balance. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example.

Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured a golden color with a large foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tangy with vague golden fruits. The flavor was tangy and sweet with vague fruits, sugar and a touch of peach. Medium length finish. Medium body.
