On tap at mikkeller bar. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch leicht würzig malzig, hefig. Geschmack würzig malzig, hefig, floral bitter, good.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours hazy orangey amber, white head. Nice, straight-down-the-line wit, clean-drinking with mild spice and lightly sweet. Great stuff.

Tap at Mikkeller Tokyo. Fruity nose, wheat, orange, lemon. Hazy deep gold. Hoppy wheat flavor, nice citrus, good hops. Decent, and better than over-spiced versions of the style.

Bottle @ Cafe Albert, Aarhus. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, citrus, lemonpeel, corinader. Flavor is light sweet, wheat, citrus, lemon, spice, coriand. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 021015

Re-rate. Pretty one-dimensional, slightly cloying wit. Meh. On tap at Mikkeller Tokyo under the name Udagawa Wit. Slightly hazy gold with a nice soapy head that lingers throughout. Big aromas of banana, lemon zest and citrus. Taste is quite similar with some light lemon tartness, honey and banana on the palate. Nice fairly sweet/tart finish. Optisch schonmal ne Schönheit, die kleine Blondine. Kurz rangeschnüffelt, leichtes Orangenaroma, dann mal kurz geknabbert, Bitterorange, nicht zu süß, matter Abgang, dann wieder bitter. Ganz okay, nicht zu spektakulär, irgendwo im Mittelfeld des Witbierwunderlandes.
