Can from The Bottle Shop Bermondsey and drunk on a train. Hazy amber colour lasting cream head. Grapefruit pine resin aroma. It’s ok actually. I like the pine resin and grapefruit old school modern ipa. Good. Ok mouthfeel and carbonation quite bitter on the finish.

Tap at Titans, the 5.1% ABV makes it almost sessionable. A lovely glowing copper presents a classic well made West Coast IPA.

Pour is a cloudy orange with a large white head. Aroma is pretty decent pine hops with some orange peel. Flavor is same as the aroma. Lots of pine hops and a bit of sweet caramel malt. Not an overly sweet malt but just enough to notice it. A spot on example of a west coast IPA with plenty of piney hop goodness. Pretty flavorful for a 5.1% IPA.

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy amber body with a medium off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pine and grapefruit. Flavour of tomato, orange pith and grapefruit with a hoppy bite. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light fizz. Bitter and hoppy. Decent.

Can. Very hazy gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and has decent fine minerally carbonation. Very light malts, mildly sweet. Minerals. Orange peel, fairly bitter. Pine. Robust floral bitterness. Trace of tropical fruits. Light crisp finish. Citric peel bitter linger. Unusually bitter for a West Coast IPA. Nice though!
