750ml thanks to Kenny. It pours clear oily blonde with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tart, tangy, musty, funky, gooseberry, lemon - lime, white grape, barnyard and melon. The taste is crisp, dry, tannin, earthy, bright acidity, white wine vinegar, gooseberry, melon, lemon - lime, sherbet, minerality, sherbet, must, funk, dry oak and barnyard with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and soft, but fluffy carbonation. Bright, zingy and moreish.

Bottled 7/21. Clear gold with a white head that fades from a cm to a coat. (Sediment is easy to keep out of a later second glass too). Funky aroma with old pineapple, under-ripe peach, twigs, old lemon, crackers. Slightly slippery. Carbonation on the low side of moderate (to its detriment). More stone fruit in the taste with apricot as well as peach. Bretty pineapple and twigs, modest lemony sourness. Gentle oaked finish. Very nice.

Bottled August 25th 2016, corked and caged 750ml bottle.
Pours a hazy orange yellow with an ample head of foam that leaves some very nice lacing behind.
The Brett is strong in the smell. Lemon, oak, tart...acetic is one of the tart aromas I get.
Taste follows the nose. Tartness is like something you'd expect from a Lambic. Lemon is noticeable, oaky woody notes, Brett is there almost in spades. Tasty acetic sourness. Pretty magical.
Light side of medium bodied, carbonation is up there but not overpowering.
This is so good, I wish I could have shared the bottle.
Damn! Really nice!

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo. Thanks Andrew! Pours a clearish gold with a finger of finely bubbled head that lingers. Apricot, lemon zest and grass permeate the nose with some sherry-like notes as it warms. Good carbonation on the palate, tartness is there but elegantly done. Creamy oak, yogurt notes on the palate, but spritzy carbonation. Light sweet, fruit-like undertones lead to a dry finish. Very nice.

Bottle @ home, picked up in Glenwood Springs. Clear dull yellow appearance with an off white head. Aroma is spritzy like Sprite, has notes of funk, light oak, and a bit of passion fruit. Medium to medium full body. Low sweetness. Moderately tart. Tons of guava, pineapple, and passion fruit. Simple beer with complicated notes. I like it but I prefer the lower abv Saison and East Bank.

Sharp raspberry, sour cherry. Pours red with good head and lacing. Tangy finish. A little sour like you missed your bus. Tap at Snally.

Bottle in CO. Cheers to the Duke! Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy topping. Nicely tart, some salt and sturdy acidity, some funk, lemon peel. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tart finish, with mild wheat sweetness, some fleshy citrus, more acid, lemon. Good one.
