Rise up and tantalize your taste buds with the Mosaic hopped IPA! Incarnation pours amber in color with a firm off white head. Look for loads of tropical flavors in this medium bodied IPA. Aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and candied fruit dominate.

On draught at the brewhouse. Citrus, tropical fruit and piney resin all overtly present. Pours a hazy deep orange with ivory head that lingers and leaves lacing. Flavor is juicy citrus and grapefruit. Moderately strong bitterness. Bread like malt supports with nice balance. Finished semi-dry. So glad that Mosaic has supplanted Citra as the "it" hop!

Pour is a clear copper with a average white head. Aroma is a nice mix of peach and passion fruit rind. Really fruity. I have had fruit beers that have not smelled this fruity. Flavor is a nice mild hop. Nothing over the top but there and fruity enough to be noticed. Finish leaves a nice bitterness on the tongue. This was a awesome IPA. That fruity aroma is amazing.
