Bottle. Malty and hoppy aroma, light yeasty notes, banana, pineapple, mango. Tastes the same as aroma, light sour, light to medium bitter. Full body, malty and fruity hoppy sour and bitter finish. Very good.

500ml bottle just out of date. Poured into an old Hof Brau 'Munchner Kindl' Weisse Bier glass, at home on 15th June 2018. I allowed all the sediment roll into my glass, so I got a cloudy, dirty orange, huge white head, carbonation bubbles rising, sediment pieces floating about.Yeasty and hoppy nose with a floral, herbal/spicy twist. Interesting blend with the hops pushing the flavour's towards bitter, very unlike most Weizenbock biers I have had before.

Pours orange from the bottle. A frothy white head lingers. Aroma is more floral than fruity. A garden boquet with undertones of aloe vera and heavily fermented (rotting) apricot. Taste is sweet, with a bit of clove, full of peach and apricot and again, well into the fermentation stage, finishes dry with a mild vinegary tartness, and a bit bitter. Overall, an odd one. Finished two glasses and still can’t decide how much I really like this one.

Light beige tight bubbly head stayed well on an opaque light caramel coloured still body - looks outstanding. Big fruity aroma with banana, clove, yeast & citrus. Medium bodied, very smooth on the palate with a silky soft feel & clean back. Fruity, juicy tastes with banana, yeast, clove, orange, peach & a nice hop hit.

Bottle from Damián. Hmmm, hoppy weizenbock, what more can one wish than power of wb combined with fresh hoppy aroma and taste. This works very well together and actually feels rather light and easy. Now try three or four of these and let me know how was it. Cheers!
