Coffee Milk Stout
A little brewers' magic transforms locally roasted Arabica beans and a variety of specialty malts into a creamy, intense coffee stout. Enjoy before it disappears.
Arabicadabra is brewed with a cold coffee extract made at the brewery using a combination of fair trade, organic Nicaraguan coffee beans and Sumatra coffee beans. Lactose is also used for creaminess (those with dairy allergies or sensitivities should take note). It was inspired by Milchkaffe, another specialty Bell's beer.

Backlog January 2019. Black body under a small, dense brown head. Nice aroma with lots of coffee, almost intense coffee. Taste is also coffee dominated, both malt and the eventually supposed milk flavor is totally on the background, this is sweet, roasted coffee with some bitterness. Fine body and same aftertaste. I like coffee and coffee stout, but this is a bit one dimensional coffee even if it’s a nice coffee flavor.

Bottled October 30th with a note that says shelf life 6 months.
It pours black but not pitch black, a finger of tannish foam, excellent lacing.
I get notes of coffee leaning towards a coffee grounds bitterness. Milky is definitely present.
Lots of coffee and milk in the taste, bringing both bitter and sweet flavours. The finish has some chocolate to it. Quite the tasty beer.
Medium bodied with lightish carbonation.
Nice.

The Aromas are smooth, balanced, clean, rich dark malt, fresh coffee and cocoa. Flavors are very much like nose, with Sweet, Bitter and tart balanced great carbonation body and finish. Very nice beer.

Pours near black and has a dark roast malt, coffee, and chocolate aroma. The flavor is similar with a nice balance and a creamy mouthfeel. It's medium to full bodied. Very good.
