Bottle. Hazy amber body, white head. Full hoppy aroma, citric, peach, onion. Soft malty background, fruity, rock candy citric, ending herbal, mild alcohol. Classy double IPA!

Bricolage, Brooklyn tap: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is citrusy, some other fruitiness. Taste is sort of sweet. Very citrusy. Not very bitter. Some aftertaste that lingers for a bit. Solid.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy copper pour, one finger frothy off-white head. Lomg lasting, pretty good retention. Good lacing. Nose is caramel malts, pine and herbs. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Thick mouthfeel, creamy texture. Pleasantly bitter taste with subtle malt sweetness in the background. Aroma of caramel malts, pine, herbal liquor. Tropical fruits, a bit grassy. Dry and peppery, notable alcohol presence. Long and bitter finish, slightly boozy with a bit of an alcohol burn. Overall, good IIPA, perhaps a bit unbalanced. Still, good.

16oz can pours a clear gold with some heavy, white head. Nose has lemon, soap, lime, metal. Flavor is grassy, lime, honey, malt. Dry finish.

Can at the April Fool's DC RateBeer tasting. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, floral notes, malt. Tastes of citrus, floral notes, stone fruit. Medium body with a dry finish.

On tap @ Taplokaal Gist, Utrecht. Clear golden with a white head. Very hoppy aroma with tropical fruits and pine. Nice bittersweet taste without any trace of alcohol but it still tastes as a heavy beer, if that makes sense. One hell of an imperial IPA.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden, medium creamy off-white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is light, notes of grapefruit, oranges, tangerine, pine. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. Eh.

Tried at the Strait and Narrow Lincoln. Rich deep golden colour with a white head that lasts. Rich orange citrus and light pine aroma. Taste light bittersweet to mid bitter. Big full and rich body.

Can/Fest. A- Dank, barnyard, grassy, mild citrus pith. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Bitter, dank, grassy, juicy, tangerines. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Sweet looking all black cans with white stripes. Super dank nose and a bit more citrus forward on the palate. Even a touch of funk in there. Liked this better than I expected I would and not too aggressive.
