We brewed a Coconut IPA inspired by Kyle "The Bro" Arnold's homebrew days. We are affectionately calling this BroCoNut - it is bursting with tropical fruit and juicy coconut goodness; we promise you won't want to miss this one!

From tap at Southern Grist Brewing Company, Nashville. Strong coconut, fruity hops, citrus, tropical, some pine, light malt. Light sweet and mild bitter. Body is medium. Lots of coconut and hops, it works surprisingly good.

From a pint can purchased at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aromas are of grapefruit, pineapple and coconut. Flavors bitter citrus with a touch of sweet coconut. Nice.

Draft at the source. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam. Light citrus nose and faint coconut aromas. Palate is all coconut, raw coconut. Some grainy, coconut water-like feel on the palate throughout. Dry with more raw coconut on the finish. Made what they set out to do I feel.

Crowler into a wineglass showing moderately filtered amber orange with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows a lot of coconut. The palate is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Mildly tart with a lot of coconut forwardness and a light hoppy bitterness with even more coconut on the finish.

Like the Hop Mondo, lacks malt. Some coconut like fake pina coladas. Pours murky orange. Some lacing. Astringent finish. A little orange. Tap at brewpub.
