This beer clocks in at 6.0% and packs a ton of flavor. As soon as we pour this beer we can smell the juice! Nose is full of Orange, Pine, Pineapple, Mango, & Blueberry. We generously hopped this batch with Simcoe, Mosaic, & Citra. This beer has a huge mouthfeel, the taste is full of tropical fruits with a piney sap, light bitterness.

Very hazy straw yellow coloured body with a super large seven to eight centimetre tall pure white head that has horribly large bubbles and is ugly, but at least fades quickly and leaves a light lace (large and ugly) on the sides. Aroma of grass, lemons, soft grainy malts with a good biscuity and yeastie component and ending with a noticeable sweetness at the end of the nose. Medium-bodied; Very rich oaty and wheat maltiness shows up front with a decidedly dry and herbal bite that leaves a nice backbone for some softer and very smooth hop flavours that have a little bitterness, but a pretty citrusey component with full oranges and lemons both noticeable, but also some sweetness (and aspartame!) too. Aftertaste is balanced nicely with a lot of citrus, malts, yeast and drying hops, but no real bitterness here - as typical for new school IPAs. Overall, another pretty nice/great low ABV by Aslin that hits the marks nicely for a new school IPA with tons of flavours and complexity while being easy-drinking and light enough to have more than one of. Get it and drink it fresh, but not a fan of the name of this beer or the province itself and not of the country, either, as a Michigander and Upstate New Yorker. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Laurel, Maryland on 20-July-2022 for US$3,49 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 22-August-2022.
