This golden cream ale is a traditional American lawnmower beer, featuring a medium body with a creamy palate feel. The aroma is a balance between subtle corn and malt-like notes with a very slight earthy and spicy hop presence. Pale straw in color with brilliant lightning-like clarity, Cream ale makes a great session beer being low in alcohol and bitterness, but complete with flavor. However, unlike the typical cream ale, no DMS or harsh corn like aroma is present.

Got this can from a krogers in kentucky, you gottah love those mixed sixes of local beers for $9.99!! Pretty pale yellow. Nice head. Not much nose. Taste is a little more ruff than a goldie should be, especially a creamy blond. 4.8 makes it sound easy but its not. Seems more like 5.5, hehehheh. Some processed feel in the middle. Love the description on this tho. Finishes with a rather dull ending. Satisfying in the last drop. Not bad but can be taught some manners.

12oz can from Beer52. A bright amber pour with a billowing white head; sour malt aroma; simple malty taste with a creamy body; and some sour grain and rice to finish. Simple and refreshing.

Can from Val-U. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Very solid-to-style cream ale. Pils-like malt with a creamy finish. Some dry bitterness in there as well. Not much to say really.

Sample at Flipdaddy’s. Clear yellow color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of malt, mild hops and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of creamed corn, biscuit malt and mild grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a bready malt aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
