Aromas are crackers, dry grain and biscuits. Flavors are similar to nose with really good balance between bittersweet and excellent carbonation for the style. Thirst quenching. Really good.

Lemon, milk, barley malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with large white head. Mildly sweet lemon, creamy biscuit malt, and moderately bitter grass flavor. Good body.

Draft. A- Grainy, grassy, light. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Grassy, straw. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Nothing special but an easy drinker at an Austin weird bar post covid. That alone was nice.

12 oz. can from Spec's in Boerne, TX. Pours a crystal clear light gold color with a large white head and great retention. Spotty lacing. Almost no aroma. Tastes like a mix of lager, golden ale and light pilsner. More malt and bread flavors than a typical pilsner with only a little pilsner malt and hops in the finish. Very understated. Lightly crisp mouthfeel. Clean and smooth and easily repeatable. A pilsner lite?

Enjoyed in Texas at the end of January, 2020. Light golden colour with a frothy off-white cap, leaving dirty foam lacing. Alcohol nose with mild cereal grains and Saaz hops. Bitter taste, over the light cereal malts. The mouthfeel is quite dry. A nice hoppy pilsner with some spicy hops.
