Have you ever added so many hops to a beer that it clogged up your tank? ...and when you went to clear the valve the hop explosion splattered all over your fresh boots?

No?! Well we have. Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Mandarina Bavaria hops to be exact.

Our 7.9% DIPA, "Hoppy Timbs" has notes of white grape, lime zest, dankness, tangerines, nectarines... all the "-ines".

Fairly no-frills NEIPA, with an intense blast of berry and mandarin oranges followed by a mild straw-laced sweetness with hints of dank and white grapes. Finishes slightly bitter, but that’s about it for the back end; the hops peter out early, leading to a bland, mineral water-ish fade. Texture’s good, but the pour lacks much of a head or lacing. Nice juicy NEIPA nose, though. Eh.

Draft at SG nations taproom. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Dank nose with leafy greens and pulpy orange aromas. Creamy, juicy mouthfeel with low bitterness. Nectarine juice with peach. Smooth and juicy on the palate, with a well-balanced finish. Stellar drop.

Crowler into a tulip glass showing moderately filtered honey yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows lightly intense notes of pine and pineapple supported by an adzuki NE style malt backbone. The palate is medium bodied and lightly carbonated. Moderately intense flavors of pineapple and a mild backbone followed by a light bitterness on the finish.

Certainly the best beer at this place. Everything comes together in the IPA sense with a little more booze here like work networking events. Pine and some mango. Pours murky orange with good head. Tangy and bitter finish with some booze. Good balance. Tap at brewpub.
