Bottle shared. Pours hazy dark brown with a small white head. Notes of dark fruits, booze, vanilla, oak, caramel. Delicious!

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Lots of big dried fig, plum and raisin aromas with boozy bourbon and vanilla oak notes. Sweet on the palate with some heat from the alcohol. More dried fruit and booze. Relatively smooth finish with some peppery rye and alcohol warmth. Great as a sipper for a nightcap. --- Beer merged from original tick of One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Five on 01 Jul 2018 at 11:29 - Score: 8

Clear dark brown beer, creamy irregular beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of bourbon, vanilla, lots of dried fruits, alcohol, bit vinous. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty sourish, lots of alcohol, dried fruits, hoppy touch, very rich and nice flavours. Aftertaste: alcohol, some tannins, vanilla, some caramel, bit sourish, more alcohol, nice one!

Bottle [from trade with Petrinoda] shared with Joes. Opaque dark brown color with a nice dark red glare coming through, average to medium sized beige to light brown head that lasts for a short while. Aroma is malts, molasses, clearly barrel aged, it reminds me of brandy and maybe bourbon. Taste malts, sweet molasses, lightly alcohol, brandy / cognac, raisins, overripe fruits. Medium to full body, decent to medium carbonation. Very nice.

750 ml bottle from the brewery. After spending way to long trying get through the damn wax, it finally pours a medium brown color with a foam and frothy brown head. Medium, spotty lacing is left on the glass. Big, boozy aroma with a ton of stuff going on. Bourbon and oak. Raisin, prune, overripe plums, clove and spice. Some banana notes and a bit of chocolate underneath as well. Boozy and fairly sweet flavor. Full bodied and feels every drop of its ABV, I'd have guessed higher even. Complex and big. Good. Nothing subtle here for sure, but it's a nice beer. Recommended for sharing, as a 750 of this is a bit much for one.
