Taster at Erzbierschof (thanks to staff). Aroma is fairly subdued, with a little fruity hops coming through. Taste has notes of melon and lemon, and is really quite refreshing. Quite thin.

Draft at Beer Temple. Hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma of fruity hops, grapefruit, pineapple, light onion and light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled from tap at ’Beertemple’. Clear, golden amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, malty aroma of honey, some caramel and butterscotch. Sweet, malty taste of mainly honey, some caramel, vanilla and butterscotch, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Okay.

355ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with average, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Grassy and herbal hoppy aroma with a touch of wet cardboard, hints of mint, woodruff, eucalyptus. Taste is mildly dry hoppy, herbal, minimally grassy, a spicy touch of hay, underlying cautious hints of mint, woodruff, eucalyptus.
