At Linköping Beer Expo 2018. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of mango, citrus, light grass and hints of spices. The same in the taste. A decent one.

Aroma is basically a good fresh hoppy old school IPA. Flavors are a little more interesting and complex bittersweet Citrus comes into play along with some pale malts and just right carbonation. Appearance is mundane had a very short-lived fizzy head that vanished after some seconds. Nice Bittersweet citrusy finish. Tasty beer.

12 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours opaquely hazy golden amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a light spotty lace cap that lingers. Minimal spotty lacing clings on the glass. Good appearance. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is a very nice IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink, despite the fairly aggressively bitter/resinous/drying finish. Apparently all Simcoe, but feels more spicy and resinous than expected. Very vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity; solid bready malt backbone, with zero residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, good single hop showcase.
