This beer was brewed in early 2017 and aged in natural wine barrels. It pours with a light tan head and begins with flavors of cherry, toasted barrel, and Brettonomyces. As it warms, flavors of dry fruit and honey arise.

Crowler shared at Zack's Epic Tasting. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that quicky dissipates. Light hay and apple aromas with some lemon. Flavor is more of the same with some creamy yogurt character. Tart, but not overly so. Fairly easy drinking with a lingering lemon, green apple finish.
