The essence of a traditional Sauna captured in a bottle! It is a very unusual beer, with a strong birch aroma and flavor that is very refreshing and satisfying. It’s the perfect companion to bring with you in the sauna and also for short but intense Nordic Summer. We brewed it using real birch leaves, the same ones that are used as whips in the sauna.

Can. Golden beer with a cream head. Malt and woodsy aroma. Malt and mineral flavor with woodsiness/herbaceousness. Medium bodied. Malt and mineral linger with woodsiness/herbaceousness. A little sweet.

Can at Rimi Supermarket, Tallinn. Pours hazed pale gold with white foam. Aroma: bread, honey, birch sap, grass, floral. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, tangy, towards dry. Medium body with soft carbonation. Odd one!

Can at Pööbel, Tallinn. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of birch sap, light bread, flowers, fresh grass, honey. Taste slightly bitter and sweet, a bit funky, and with a distinct note of perfume-like birch sap.
