On tap at Akkurat. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, hay, funk, yeast and some grapes. Similar taste. The body was medium as was the carbonation. Refreshing and nicely drinkable. A tasty beer.

750ml bottle @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Sept 10 2015) Pours hazy pale yellow with moderate white head and lace. Aroma tart and bitter with lemon, grape, lacto, orange peel, floral notes, grassy, a bit of oak, wet hay funk. Palate is delicate, lactic, and fruity, initially with lemon juice, some green grapes, Brett tartness, citrus peel. Oak builds in the middle but is not heavy, while bitter grass and floral lilac qualities come through in the finish. A bit of wet hay and barnyard funk, but restrained compared to the nose. Lightish body and carbonation. A reasonably subtle beer, particularly the floral addition, but quite refined with good balance and cleanliness. Almost crisp for a sour. Promising.

Bottle @ Haket. Pours very hazy yellow with a small frothy white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity, floral and funky with crackers, lemon juice, pineapple, summer flowers, dew, hay, barnyard, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour, slightly fruity, floral and tiny buttery. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, lemon juice, lychee, lilacs, moist hay, dry soil, barnyard, lemon zest and subtle hints of butter. This is impressive in its clean yeasty and bacterial profile. Fruity brett which makes me think Brekeriet can actually hit Anchorage / Hill Farmstead levels in the distant future which is nice. Subtle hints of butter takes it down slightly.

Bottle split at Beer Ditch, Malmo, 21/08/15. Clear yellow blonde with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pissy citrics, vanilla, straw, yeast, butterscotch. Taste comprises caramel, vanilla, brett pangs, funk, citric tinged, stale bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte fruit wash. Ok mellow sour but far from a great, a touch over buttery with traces of diacetyl perhaps?
