Can.

A- Black color, black liquid, brown head.

A- Oak, booze, mocha.

F- Sweet, bourbon, oak, cola, slightly earthy, mocha.

T- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly boozy finish.

O- Haven't had regular Deth but this is pretty tasty. A bit sweeter than I anticipated. Lots of barrel influence even at a year old. Coffee has mellowed, wish there was more. More of a mocha flavor.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, relatively light for the abv, decent fine carbonation. Light bodied dark malts but smooth and rich, a little unsweet dark chocolate and cream. Smooth rich coffee goes very well with the malt cream. Some alcohol spice on the fairly light finish. Rich and rewarding, splendid coffee vibe.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Black colour, thin beige foam head and aroma of rich malt, caramel, molasses, woody oak barrel. Taste is sweet, malty, chocolate & coffee, caramel, brown sugar, dark fruits, wood, oaky, bourbon, with roasty bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roasty bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can (10/4/24) from Andover Classic Wines. Opaque, dark brown, light sparkle, fizzy head with poor retention, no lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, earthy roasted malt, oak, toffee, nuts, coffee. Taste is strong coffee, bourbon, dark fruit, vanilla. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, some alcohol heat, finish as taste. Phenomenal aroma. Taste doesn't quite live up to it.

12 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Jet black pour. Creamy tan cap. Sweet roasted malt aroma has notes of coffee and bourbon. Flavor pretty much mirrors the aroma. Big, roasty malt notes are followed by flavors of chocolate, coffee and sweet, oakey bourbon. At 14.8% ABV, you’d think this would be overpowering, but it’s not. It’s smooth and enjoyable, like a snifter of really good bourbon. Enjoy!
