Turns out barrel aging does wonderful things to 10W-40. Rounds out the sweetness and adds dark chocolate bitterness, with more traditional anise and molasses underneath. Finishes with a bourbon-and-oak fade coupled with lingering pine and espresso roast. Tasty.

Can from Craft Brewed shared at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a viscous, thick deep brown with a finger of foam that dissipates. Lots of marshmallow, chocolate brownie, fudge and light bourbon aromas. Melted vanilla ice cream and brownies on the palate with coffee coming out nicely as it warms. Smooth and creamy with the bourbon really minimally coming through. Great palate though. Lingering brownie and fudge.
