C'est notre meilleure cuvée! Elle est très vite épuisée...

Elle est destinée aux connaisseurs et aux gourmands qui connaissent le cidre. Très fruité mais pas trop sucré, une bonne longueur en bouche.

10/9/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazed golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, caramel, citrus, slight funky peachy edge. Quite sweet, with minimal tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Sweet apple finish.

750ml wired cork bottle from Le Social. Opened with a pop. Orangey golden colour, big foamy white head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, some caramel. Taste is sweet, juicy, apple, stewed, ripe fruit, with caramel notes, some funk, tartness and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, medium to high carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Sampled thanks to sjogro. Still quite dry, sweet juicy, dry mineral funk, pear, light earthy, dead leaves. Medium sweet, medium bitter, at least quite bitter for a cider. Medium dry. OK but not great.

Premium 2018. Sweet, bitter and tart apples. Rusty apples, oaky and tannin-rich, citrusy and some red paprika. Juicy, with dry finish. Light carbonation. Very complete and delicate.

Bottle at home courtesy of Maakun. [Lot 5. 5.5% abv.] Almost clear golden with almost no head. Sweet apples, old oak, cork, distant mold and old age. Sweet and saucey caramel dipped apples. Moderate sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium body and low carbonation.

Bottle shared at and with Sjogro’s. Light hazy golden with just a few bubbles. Dry apple, apple peel, light earthy funk. It’s mostly dry apple peels with a bit of old wood, leather and crisp orchard funk. Almost medium sweet, light bitter and very light tart. Medium bodied with very low carbonation. Quite nice, but would benefit from more carbonation.
