Bottle 500ml. clear glass.
Clear light to medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate pear, apple, sweet pear, riped apples, cheesy notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, apple, pear notes, riped apples. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to lively. [20110619]

Bottled. Deep golden colour, small head. Aroma is apples, pear, some toffee and mild yeasty and cheesy notes as well well. Flavour is apples, fruits, caramel, toffee, cheese and mild resiny notes. Not much perry at all in the flavour.
