Serves bag in a box. Pours peachy ( unclear), intense pink. Smell is full on lambic funk, woody, Brett, floral touch by the hibiscus. Intense. Taste is intense, floral, full lambic flavor is not overpowered. Mild green apple. Tartness is elegant, wood, very easy drinker with a small touch of carbonation.

On tap, 't Brugs Beertje, Bruges - pours a dark reddish colour with no head. Aroma is fruity, floral and tart, blackberries, tart apple and a little hibiscus. A tart fruity sour taste; blackberry flavours, tannins and a long dry finish.

Draught No head, hazy cardinal-red beer. Berries, floral, overlying classical barnyard odours, blackberries and indeed hibiscus. Sourish, fruity, here in fact again more berries than hibiscus. Ultra-dry, tannine-rich, tart, long dry finish. Mild hint at carbonation. Good, if a tad unusual.
