Bottle picked up from Sedats Schlüggla Getrankemarkt, Schwaig bei Nürnberg and consumed at home, sat out in the garden in the company of Mum and Keith, Saturday 21st June 2025 (Summer Solstice) after a day in Passau, we had BBQ'd Persian Chicken, Cous Cous etc for tea. This pours mahogany in colour, very good clarity with an off white head. Toffee, caramel, malty and nutty on the nose, these also feature heavily in the mouth, it's a sweet malty beer with a little dryness towards the end. Nice mouthfeel, fine.

Bottle from SC bevande. Clear copper to mahogany red color with a fine yellowish head. Flavor upfront is roasted malts, cereals, dark bread. Some yeasty starchy notes, syrup, caramel. Berries and grapes in the aftertaste which is mostly bready otherwise. Overall sugary, sweet, the bitterness is at minimum. Finish sticky. Texture is dense, oily.

Bruin bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en heel licht zuur met iets van karamel, wat anijs en gedroogd fruit.

Bottle.Amber colour with small head.Aroma of caramel and and malt mild bready and toasted taste mild with light body.

Pours a transparent deep amber to light red. Low to medium sized off-white head, good enough persistence and some lacing. Average to quite good intensity in the aroma: caramel malts with a hint of soft nuttiness on the back of things, a hint of red stone fruits, clean floral hoppiness with the slightest spicy hint (can't pick up anything specific). Taste notes as per aroma. Medium sweetness, low to medium bitterness. A light sweet edge in both taste and aftertaste; clean and dry enough though, hence perfectly pleasant. Light to medium bodied, low to medium carbonation; easy drinkable with the slightest hint of softness. Overall: maybe not impressive tastewise but better than the sum of it's parts. Very clean/polished, very good drinkability, perfect balance. Pleasant.
