Brewed, in collaboration with Alefarm Brewing, Denmark, this DDH IPA, co-pitched with London Fog & California Ale Strain for added depth, is smooth, tropical and moreish. Hopped with the experimental HBC 692, expect tropical fruit aromas on the nose, followed by full, fruity passionfruit and mango flavours on the tongue that gives way to a light pink grapefruit bitterness. The addition of torrified oats and wheat cumulate to allow a sumptuous and smooth mouthfeel to this full flavoured, hazy, hop-bomb.

Malt: Golden Promise, Wheat Malt, Flaked Oats & Malted Wheat
Hops: T90 - HBC 692 & Simcoe / Cryo - Citra & Chinook
Yeast: WLP066 London Fog Ale / WLP001 California Ale

FLAVOUR PROFILE: Tropical Fruit, Citrus, Pink Grapefruit, Mango

Tropisch fruit, uien, dennen. Heerlijke geur weer. Smaak balanceert tussen fruitig zoet en zacht bitter. Perfect eigenlijk.

150ml draught at Agenturet Øl og Vinbar. Crocheted lacing from a patchy white head, cloudy golden body. Restrained smell of ripe citrus. A good citrus impact to the taste profile, including grapefruit and orange. Decent fruity bitterness to the ending. Fine depth. Likable. (Tromsø 10.08.2019).

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazed, pale gold. Fine white head. Decent lacing. Nose has stone fruit. Some pine needle. Bit of that cryo dustyness. Taste is fairly bitter, and a little dry. Minimal sweetness here. Medium body. Crisp carbonation. Dry and light bitter finish. Ok.

Can. Hazy gold beer, light pale cream colour head. Palate is light and finely minerally crisp. Thin but pleasing light creamy malts. HBC692 hops blend well with Simcoe. Not getting a lot of Chinook. Light crisp finish. Nice enough, a tad thin but plenty of hop character.
