Bottle, 5.4%. Weak malty aroma. Clear amber colour. Very small head. The flavour is not as interesting as the aroma, a bit thin. There is some malt, hint of spice, slightly watery.

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Light berrylike nose. Chestnut, low carbonation, creamy creamcoloured head. Fruity malt entry, light smoke, roast, herbal hops. Lighter medium, but mellow mouthfeel and still chewy. Dry finish, grassy hops and berries retronasal. Easy drinkable, yet subtlly delicate.

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a big and beige foamy head. Sweet and slightly sugary toast-malty aroma with notes of toffee and a shy tinge of hops. Light-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Delicately toasted malty taste with toffee and a touch of sour dough; medium-dry toasty finish with a moderate level of bitterness. Decent but unexciting Franconian Landbier (12.X.08).
