Murky brown with a creamy head. Roasted malt, licorice, lemon, leather, slightly metallic. Malty sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry roasty malty bittersweet finish. A good Dunkel with enough depth.

330ml bottle. Clear, mahogany colour with ruby shimmer and average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, dark malty aroma, notes of malt lozenge, a minimally roasty touch. Taste is minimally dry, slightly roasty and minimally sweet dark malty, hints of malt lozenge, diluted hints of pumpernickel, slightly grassy hoppy overtones with a minimally metallic touch. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft, still efficacious carbonation. Nice appearance, a bit anaemic and watery in taste - OK.

Slight apricotaroma, that comes back in the flavor. Flavor also has caramel and a hint of chocolate. Thin to medium bodied. Low on hops, but there is some malt. Tropical fruit in the aftertaste. Thanks Dortmunder

Bottle, 5.0%. Good rough aroma. Clear light brown colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is roasted and bready. Slightly watery. Low to medium bitterness. Hint of metal in the finish. All right, I guess, but not very exciting.

Bottle. Pours clear tea amber with airy but stable off-white head. Faint aroma of malt and yeast with notes of hops and faint touches of caramel. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and yeast with some hoppy notes. BReady aftertaste with a little bitterness. Watery and thin. Not impressive.

Clear mahogany brown colour. Aroma and flavour showcase the bitter sweet balance of dark malts.
