18/10/2019. Bottle from Craft Beer Store, Hamburg. Pours dark amber with an off-white to beige head. Aroma of malt, hops, toffee, bitter fruit, flowers, nutmeg, chocolate orange and a hint of spice with a touch of pumpkin pie. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Grower.

Bottle @ Alles Elbe, Hamburg. Pours clear amber with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, bread, sweet fruit, orange. Flavor is sweet, malt, caramel, sweet fruity, sweet citrus, orange. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet finish.

0,33 flaske fra Spidsroden, København, siste kveld i lejligheden 13.11.18: brunlig kobber med fint skum som varer. Appelsiner/mandariner, karamell og papaya i både aroma og smak. Fin munnfylde og behagelig, fruktig ettersmak. Ekstrapoeng fra meg som er så glad i Mandarina-humlen.

Aus der Flasche 2015-08 getrunken. Ein recht hochgehopftes Bock mit kräftigen Körper und Citrusnoten. Irgendwie heute gar nicht mein Ding!

Dark brown amber, thick light beige froth. Aroma has chocolate, caramel and pine. Similar flavour, sweet with low piney bitterness. Quite flavourful but body is a little too light to really support that.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber. Aroma is candy, phenols, chalk, tangerine. Body is medium, oily and full, with a strong carbonation. Sweet, with banana flavours. Boozy warming palate. Works well, even if not totally harmonic.
