It is a pleasant IPA nice red and copper body, thin white foam, hop but more sweet than an American IPA, malty, fruits, apricot?? Good, 11.04.16

Hazy yellow colour with medium off white head.Aroma of citrus and hops mild juicy taste and mild harsh medium body and mild bitter finish light and smooth overall.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona e persistente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

Bottle from Beerwulf. Aroma is fruity and citrussy with plenty of orange and grapefruit. Tropical notes. Fruit peel, soft malt and pine. Mild sweet, medium bitter flavour with a medium body. Good IPA.

330ml bottle, pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aromas & tastes of grapefruit, lemon, pine, resin, caramel, grain, honey & malt. Medium body. Moderate bitter finish

One of the first IPAs I had and also one of the first German IPAs. Orange/yellow (slightly hazy) pour with a stable white head. Aromas of malt, yeast, tropical fruit, citrus, pine. Not as big on the tropical fruits as other. Taste is pine, herbs, hops, tropical fruit, citrus. Really nice and more on the bitter end.

Optisch schön bernsteinfarben und kräftig opaltrüb. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone hinterlässt einen beinahe cremigen, stabilen und gut haltbaren Charakter. Im Duft vernimmt man neben einer zart getreidigen Malznote reiffruchtige Noten von Banane, Pfirsich, Marille, aber auch Anklänge von Exotik. Der Antrunk kommt frisch spritzig, fruchtig-herb und deutlich bitter. Am Gaumen legt sich eine leichte Malzbasis aus. Dominant sind jedoch die fruchtigen Noten, die von reifen Zitrusfrüchten über gelbes Steinobst bis hin zu leicht exotischem Charakter reichen, aber auch die bestimmende Bittere. Das zeichnet ein sehr typisches und doch auch noch recht ausgewogenes Bild eines IPAs. Auch das Mundgefühl mit seinem cremigen, aber leicht belegendem und gut adstringierendem Charakter gibt die Typizität dieses Stils schön wieder. Auch wenn die Herbe sehr knackig bis kantig anschlägt, darf man von einer guten Drinkability sprechen. Im Nachtrunk sind die zarten Malznoten sofort weg und die fruchtigen Komponenten übernehmen das Geschehen. Diese halten auch sehr lange an und erst nach längerer Zeit legt sich eine kräftige Bittere mit grasiger Aromatik in die Kehle.

Bottled 330ml. -from Carrefour Aosta. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, herbal nose. Sweetish malty, herbal, light fruity and floral with bitter dry finish.
