From tap at Bierfestival Groningen 2016. Aroma is tart fruits, wheat, lemon, hoppy notes. Flavour is nicely sour. Body is light. Very crisp and refreshing Berliner Weisse, light and sessionable yet has a good sour flavour. I’d love to drink this again.

Tap @ Arendsnest. Pale blonde. Gooseberries, Apple and lemon in the aroma and in the soft sour flavor. Good example of a Berliner Weisse.

Bottle, thanks fatphil. Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma and flavor are sour, fruity, apples, bit of butter, berries, some acidity. Overall: drinkable.

Bottle. 2017 version, 3.9%. Color: Hazy yellow golden, big frothy white head. Taste: Moderate to medium sweet and sour, moderate bitter. Notes of yellow fruit, passion fruit, spring water and lime zest. Under medium body, average to above average carbonation. Nice light and refreshing summer beer.

Clear golden colour, white head. Yeasty aroma, lemon, zure matjes, wild yeast. Funky flavour, lactic acid, yoghurt, fruity note. Funky, wild, finish.

Clear pale blond beer, big aery white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: band-aid, chemical, rubbery, funky, phenols, very unpleasant. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sourish, lemony, infected, bit malty, watery and thin. Aftertaste: watery, pretty sour, some lactobacillus, apple skin, pears.
