Nice head on a hazy medium amber. Aroma is too sweet and malty with a bit of citrus fruit. Flavor is a strange bitterness, lightly astringent, somehow has top and bottom but missing the middle of the palate. But decent hoppiness, more as bittering than aroma I'd guess.

Aroma sitrus, karamell, humle, malt. Utseende klar gylden med offwhite skum. Smak sitrus, karamell, humle. Maltpreget ipa, lett bitter. Flaske 33cl 0,5%

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of malt, bread and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of wood and yeast and touches of unprocessed malt. Bitter and estery afteraste with woody notes.mWell, a commendable effort but the result is not particularly impressive.

“Riedenburger Dolden Null“, Flasche (33 cl) von Bio Company Berlin. - Ein alkoholfreies IPA - kann das gutgehen? - Helles Bernsteingelb, gut trüb. - In der Nase angenehm herber, leicht leerer IPA-Hopfen: Pampelmuse, blasse Mango, Kiefer. - Antrunk knackig und schlank hopfenherb mit Pampelmuse. Mild hellmalzig, zarte Anklänge an Honig. Eine deutliche Leere, wie sie typisch für Alkoholfreie ist, wirkt anfangs recht störend. Sehr schlank, eher trocken und recht dünn. Im Abgang aromatische zitrusfruchtig-grasige Herbe. - Außergewöhnlich aromatisch gehopftes Alkoholfreies aber doch kein echtes IPA - dafür fehlt es an Körper.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy aroma. Sweetish malty grassy flavor. Has a sweetish malty grassy finish.

Many thanks for this alkoholfrei IPA to Mariusz. No prosze jaka niespodzianka, nigdy nie sadzilem ze przyjdzie mi nalac bezalkoholowe piwo do Teku Baladina. Prastara pszenica Emmer w tym calym skladzie ekologicznym - to kolejne mile zaskoczenie. Alez tu mamy tanczace w nosie swieze szyszki chmielu, coz za aromat, pomarancze, nieco startej skorki cytryny. Smakowo lekko jakby posmak avocado, pomelo i malo slodkie zielone gruszki. kolor snopkow slomy zebranej na polu, metniste z fajowa i trwala piana. Tak jak traba slonia wzniesiona do gory tak jak i ja wznosze to Teku wypelnione piwem i pianka do gory. Na zdrowie.
