Bottle from het Biermoment, 2017 version at 3.9%. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma of sour lemon, zure matjes, bit bubblegum. Sweet and sour tropical fruit bowl, bit zure matjes, bit lactic, some bubblegum. Quite lactic in taste, but balancdd enough with fruit and sweet notes to overcome my usual hate a bit for this kind of babypuke beers.

Bottle @ home. This one is great. After a few beers of them were big letdowns, this is a positive surprise. This is exactly what I would use to expect from Oersoep I think. Sour, fruity, light, fresh, hoppy. I really like it. Will probably buy more bottles of this when I find them. Nice body when you consider the abv, nice carbo.

On tap at Cascade, pours a clear blonde with a monstrous white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and a touch of lacto. Flavour is more expressive, with lacto, citrus tartness and some soapy notes on the finish. Clean enough despite the soapiness which is a bit detracting. Okay.

THANKS for sharing RB people! Sampled draft @ Arendsnest during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! Hazy citrus, little white head. Nose is decent, nice apricot, peach, some candy but also some soap. Taste falters a bit too much bland soap, candy, bit boring grain, low to little sourness, soap dominates a bit. It’s a start, bit too weak & soap-heavy. Smell was neat.
