Old rating from 03-01-16 - 330ml bottle from the Chicago Williams BBQ restaurant in Berlin. Looks clear amber with carbonation and a white head. Aromas of orange & grapefruit as well as sweet hops. Tastes fruity with some floral, grass and caramel notes leading to a lingering dry bitter finish. This one I liked so I picked up a bottle to bring back for my home collection.

Moderate hop aroma. Hazy amber, stable head. Balanced sweet and bitter, cheest notes. Light to medium body, bitter aftertaste.

A sampler at Dolden Mädel, Berlin, shared with little Dina. Clear golden, small off-white head. Lightly hoppy, spruce and resinous aroma. Flavour is sharp herbal and resinous, light malts underneath. Intense bitterness. A bit out of balance. Light body, creamy texture, quite drinkable. Moderate carbonation, some perfumy sweetness. Dry finish.

Schön knackiges Frucht-IPA, in der Nase Papaya, im Tunk harzig, fruchtig, dann nach hinten schön bitter und trocken, sehr lecker.

Leicht abgelaufen, in der Nase leicht butterig. Wenig Frucht, eher Malz, hinten bitterer Nachhall. Vielleicht doch etwas gekippt.

Tap at the brewery. Flowery grapefruit, bitter orange peel. Sticky perfumed bitterness, with sticky aftertaste.

Bottle at home, dark amber beer, small head. Aroma is malt, citrus, hops, fruit. Taste is the same, bitter, sweet, fruity, nice.
