30cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Clear deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet malts, some honey, alcohol and caramel. Flavour is sweet, malty, fruity, caramel, a hint of honey, with a light alcoholic hoppy bitter finish. Grainy texture, but smooth in taste. Just a bit less than medium bodied. Nice overall.

Bottled (BB 01/2007)
Honey golden color, not much head. Fresh hoppy (Saaz?) aroma, slightly papery. Cut grass hoppyness and bubblegum in the flavor, grassy aftertaste. Drinkable, although a bit "cheap" like all Budels beers.

Bottle (delivered by bierkoning !): Deep golden coloured, thin, quickly diminishing head; malty, caramelly, slightly alcoholic nose; robust sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; sweet-malty finish with a tinge of honey, balanced by some delicate bitterness. A robust, not too sweet Bock..............
