Rate 3.6, best before 07/24, from Amstein, St-Légier, drinking it two days ago, at Epalinges with my son ill, typical sour beer, dry, mineral, sour, a bit rough at the palate, salty, normal bitterness at the final, ok with these hot days.

Bottle. Almost clear straw golden body with a nice, big, white head. Aroma is light fruity, minerals and yogurt. Flavor is a bit like a mild Berliner Weisse with more alcohol and less acidity. Medium to light bodied and average aftertaste. Decent, easy drinkable but not very exiting.

Schön abgestimmtes Helles, leicht würzig, mild, zurückhaltender aber aromatischer Hopfen, leichte Süße, sehr süffig.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Citrussy aroma with lemon, wheat, lactic notes, bit herbal. Flavour is nicely sourish, body is modest to medium. Not a bad lactic lemony Sour, goes down easy.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a tumbler. Sour nose. Colour clear pale golden, good moussy white head, completely diminishing, no lacing. Aroma lemon peel, light vinegar, faint white wine. Taste medium sweet and light to medium sour, light lemon, green apples, tart. Light body, watery texture, flat carbonation, short dry sweet and sour aftertaste, pinch of salt, refreshing, okay.

Fles 33cl thuis. Redelijk zuur, licht wrang en droog, fruitig, dextrose, witte druif, witte wijn tonen, wat citroen. (17-3-2023).

(Bottle) pours hazy golden with tiny white head. Vinous aroma with citrus notes and a hint of funk. Lovely mouthfeel with plenty of soft carbonation giving a smooth feel. Taste is tart, but not overly so. There is white wine and citrus throughout the palate. Very enjoyable.

0,33 l botle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Listed with 5.6% abv on the label. Cloudy dark golden with a more than one finger intensive foamy head in the glass. Tart fruity nose. Taste is also tart fruity, apricot, some lemon. Pale grain. Dry as expected. But light stuff. Also some fruity sweetness to the end. Above average carbonation. Okay.

Bottled 330ml. -from Grunt Shop Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, lemon and weak yeasty nose. Sweetish acidic taste; light citrus and white wine with notes of yeast in the finish.
