Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Insel-Brauerei Meerjungfrau ].[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, floral, herbs, warm citrus - citric. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidicr with a long duration, citric, fruity malt, pale malt, malty, tart. Flight at Rügener Insel-Brauerei.Comes with a clear, bright golden color and a nice white head. The nose is sour,unripe fruits, acidic. Taste is sour, lactic acids, refreshing. Nice one (and they only use bitter hops).
