From Amstein, best before 05/24, opening this bottle.yesterday at night, good pizza and nice saison for your lips, classical, smooth, malty, subtle sweetness, fruity, classical bitterness, full body, touch of sugar, interesting.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dallo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, frutta, arancia, mandarino e banana.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is yeasty with sweetish ripe fruits, floral notes, peach, bubblegum, pale malt. Flavour is medium sweet and lightly bitter. Body is medium. Eh, it's okay as a Belgian style beer, but not much of a Saison.

Bottle picked up from Getränke Degenhart - Markt Plattling and consumed at home cooking Chicken and Chorizo Lasagna and listening to God is an Astronaut - Embers, Tuesday 1st October 2024. Pours warm gold/orange heading towards amber but mostly clear as far as I can tell, there is a large white head. A little ripe cooked fruit on the nose, some banana and toffee, also a bit of bread. These aromas also follow into the flavour department, however it's a little bit forgettable. Middling bitterness and sweetness, mmhh...I find this brewery really blow hot and cold, sometimes great beers such as the Roar but then this and many others which really do little for me, and don't get me started on the paper wrapped bottles, I really don't like that look.

Smell- weak herbal tones, fruits, faint banana. Foam- thin, hops, herbal tones, malt, weak fruits. Head is large, white in color. Appearance- brewer bottle cap, paper wrapped somewhat interesting label. Clear orange amber, some active carbonation. Taste - weak hops, fruits, faint banana, faint herbal tones. Refreshing. Honestly, it's not bad.

33cl bottle. Pours red amber, scarcely transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is yeasty, Belgiany, honey, spiced. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is balanced, moderate in both sweetness and bitterness. Final is average.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.10.2023) im 2023-03 getrunken. Diese Bier kommt mit voller, klarer Oranger Farbe und kräftiger Schaumbildung daher. Am Gaumen erinnert es an ein Brut Bier. Es wird sehr leicht und eher vom Charakter an ein filigranes Wit. Ein einfacher Durstlöscher für den Sommer ohne Hopfeneinfluss.

23/7/2022. Bottle from Craftbeer-Shop.com, shared at the ITFC pre-season gathering. Pours clear orange amber with a frothy white head. Aroma of caramel, stewed fruits, bread, yeast, ripe banana, berries, sulphur, salt. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Earthy bittersweet finish. Not bad but not one of the more enjoyable beers I've had from them.
