Vorweihnachtssaison 2022. Sehr ordentliche 5,7 % Alkohol stehen auf der Flasche (nicht 5,0 %). 13,5 % Stammwürze sagt zusätzlich die Webseite von Tucher. Farbe klares Kupfer. Kräftige Noten von hellem Getreide, dunkles Malz und auch eine schöne Hopfenblume. Hat wirklich gute Ansätze, aber der kräftige Geschmack in der Verbindung mit der relativ scharfen Kohlensäure macht das ganze schon etwas sperrig. Ein bisschen weicher, ein bisschen runder und süßer / malzbetonter und man könnte sogar darüber hinwegsehen, dass sie in Nürnberg nach wie vor nicht wissen wie man Christkindlmarkt richtig schreibt.

Dark amber colour, white foam. Nose of caramel, bread, straw, taste is rather dry and bitter, some caramel, light roastyness, light bitter finish. Reminds me of a Special Belge.

Sample at RB Watford tasting (10/12/2021) - toasted sweet malty, notes of cereal, straw, biscuity malts, caramel, medium body, subdued hoppy undertones, malty finish.

Bottle split at the XmasKracker tasting, thanks to Leighton, Watford 10/12/21. Orange amber with a well presented off white covering. Nose is stewed fruits, straw, toasted grains, breads. Taste comprises fruit slice, dates, caramel, hint of apple, toasted malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Can shared at the watford Christmas tasting 10/12/2021. A clear golden orange, brown sugars, grassy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tangy, green apple, moderate carbonation... Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation guitar higihs carbonation. Good.

Bottle shared in Watford - picked up from an online shop. Pours clear copper-gold with a small, creamy and mostly white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with lightly toasted malts, berry accents. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with sweet bready malts. Good one.
