33cl bottle. Pours orange gold, partially transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is peppery and estery, citrus, some cereal. Body is average, with marked carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with some sweetness too. Final is average.

Extrem helle, leicht trübe Farbe. Ein ordentlicher Schuss fruchtig / säuerlicher Sekt, etwas Zitronenschale, Spuren von Hefe, der Anflug eines Hauchs von Wermut. Schmackhaft ist das, von der Geschmacksintensität könnte sich für 5,6 % Alk. allerdings mehr tun. Bei der Bezeichnung „Biere Brut“ hätte ich es auch noch etwas trockener erwartet - trifft gottlob nicht zu. Immerhin sehr „lebendige“ Carbonisierung. Haut einen zwar nicht direkt vom Hocker, ist aber auf alle Fälle sehr erfrischend, durchaus wohlschmeckend und angenehm zu trinken.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, orange, lemon, wheat. Taste is fruity, citrus mix, lemon and orange.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.12.2023) im 2022-07 getrunken. Diese hellgelbe, leicht trübe Brut-Bier kommt mit deutlichen Hefe und Citrusaromen daher. Eine leichte fast prikelnde Säure erinnert an eine gereifte Berliner Weisse. Ein tolles Sommerbier.

Wheaty, crisp-lemony, citric with some orange peel. Malty and yeasty flavots, nice sour finish.

26/2/2022. Bottle shared with the ITFC boys at the Morecambe tasting. From Craftbeer-Shop.com. Pours clear bright gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of wheat, sweet malt, yeast, citrus, grass, touch soapy. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, frothy carbonation. Sharp bitter finish.

Bottle from Spar. Yellow color with white head. Aroma of orange peel, wheat, spices, lemon. Taste, refreshing lemony, oranges, peel, touch of coriander, estery. Bit thin bodied for 5.8 and also wit chracter is bit weak. Otherwise refresing and easy drinkable beer.
