Sampled from bottle @ Benzai’s final THT although MrHangover thinks it’s something else. Clear pale golden color, medium to full sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is salty like a gose. Tastes like a mix between a gose and a witbier. Salty, wheat, somewhat sweetish, slightly herbal. Meh.

Slightly hazy pale golden colour, tall loose foamy white head, dissipates quickly, uneven thin layer remains, light lacing. Citrus nose, aroma wheat, lemon peel, yeast, light spicy notes. Flavour light to medium sweet, slightly bitter, bit sourish, citrus, grass. Citrusy sweet and light sour finish, light spices. Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation, fresh and easy to drink.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Nice smooth beginning. The beer is fresh with a soft but intense layer in the back. The Witbier-spices are there, round and smooth. Citrus-peel, coriander. Fresh with a nice smooth yeast. Not much bitterness, very refreshing. Soft like the white chalk of the cliffs. A great smooth sessionable but deep and complex brew!

Angenehm trocken hefiger Beginn, spritzig. Herber Mittelteil, Weizen, wenig nach Kräutern. Im Mittelteil weitestgehend konstant, kurzer, etwas salziger Nachhall. 9/9/8/8/9/8

Bottle, shared at a beer tasting @ Beer Temple - thanks Peter for providing thses beers. Pale yellow color, hazy. Big white head. Aroma’s: from the glass not much actually, light vegetables. Retronasal light dusty, light fruity sour. Flavor is a bit fruity sour with light sweetness. Light bodied. High carbonation. Not much of an aftertaste. Rather dull.
