21/X/2012 - 33cl bottle from AH (Tilburg, NL) @ home - BB: XI/12 (2012-1163)

Clear reddish amber beer, big aery off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, grains, some caramel, bit nutty, barnyard, toast. MF: ok carbon, medium body, soft almost creamy texture. Taste: pretty bitter from the start, somewhat grassy, grains, bit of toast, watery. Aftertaste: pretty dry and bitter, alcohol is noticeable, bit sweet and spicy.

30 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Coop. Copper red with a thin off-white head. Malty aroma. Malty taste with some caramel. A light earthy tone in the aftertaste. Not a taste explosion but quit nice in its own way.

Can. Pours clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt and caramel with hints of toffee and chocolate. A bit to tasteless and sweet for my liking. Sweet finish with just a hint of hoppy bitterness in the end.

Bottle. Strange brew! Very yeasty, lots of vegtable notes, too sweet (in a kind of fruity way), small metallic bitterness. Overall: tastes like a infected bock beer.
